Thank you for choosing Pique to Peak LLC to help you prepare for your bucket list hike! Our goal is to ensure you are just as excited and satisfied with our products and services as you are your adventure.

Due to the nature of the programs, no refund is available on Basic Physical Preparation Programs. If you feel you have selected the incorrect level, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at piquetopeak@gmail.com with the email address you used to make the purchase, purchase date and name of the digital product purchased and we will work to make sure you are satisfied. If you encounter a technical error, please contact us as soon as possible.

For Personalized Physical Preparation Programs, no refund is available as these bespoke packages include individual time and tailored programming. If unforeseen circumstances arise using our product or service, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will work to assist you. We look forward to overdelivering on your program and overall experience.

Please note, purchase of a product does not guarantee you will not sustain an injury nor does it guarantee you will be physically prepared for your hike. Your purchase serves as a guide on how to achieve an appropriate level of physical preparedness; however, you must complete the physical preparation plan in order to receive its potential benefits.
